Account data you provide when creating a character: nickname, email address and, when applicable, the platform identifier used to sign in.

Gameplay data generated while you play: character progression, items, guild membership, chat sent through public channels and moderation reports.

Technical data collected automatically: device model, operating system version, approximate region derived from your IP address, crash logs and performance metrics.

When you choose "Continue with Google", Google sends MUVERON only your Google account identifier, your email address and your display name. We use them solely to identify your game account and to contact you about it; we do not read, store or request access to any other Google data, such as contacts, files or calendar.

You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it does not delete your game account; to delete it, use the contact below.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

To run the game service: authenticate your account, save progress, match players and operate guild and PvP systems.

To keep the game fair: detect cheating, automation, account sharing and abusive behaviour reported by other players.

To improve stability: diagnose crashes, measure load and prioritise fixes for the devices our players actually use.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly required to operate the game — hosting, crash reporting and anti-cheat — and only to the extent needed for those functions.

We may disclose data when required by a valid legal order, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our team.

Account and progression data is kept while your account is active. If an account stays inactive for 24 months, it may be scheduled for deletion after prior notice to the registered email address.

Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as a copy of your data in a portable format.

The game is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under that age, the account is removed and associated data deleted.

When this policy changes materially, the new version is published on this page and announced in the game and on our official channels before it takes effect.
