Request permanent deletion of your MUVERON account and its associated data. This applies to the same account across Android, PC and browser. You do not need to install or open the game to make a request.
This button opens your email app. Review and send the message to submit your request. If it does not open, write directly to the address below. Never send your password or verification codes.

1. Send an email to contact@muveron.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete account".
2. Include your account username (or the Google account email you use to sign in) and the server where you play.
3. Support replies within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy, and verifies account ownership before processing deletion. Opening this page or the email draft does not delete your account.
If you cannot access your account email, contact the same support address for help verifying ownership. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
02Data that is deleted
Your account credentials, email address, Google account identifier and display name.
All characters, items, currency, guild membership, friends list and game progress linked to the account.
Completed deletion is permanent and affects access on all platforms. It does not delete your Google account. Removing Google access alone or uninstalling the game does not delete your MUVERON account.
03Data that is kept
Technical logs (such as crash logs and server connection logs) may be kept for up to 12 months for security and anti-cheat purposes, then deleted.
Records we are required to keep by law, such as payment records, are kept only for the period the law requires.
